How do you get my prescription?

We have three easy options to choose from when sending us your prescription:

1. Snap a photo of your prescription and upload the file during checkout.

2. Our team can contact your doctor

3. Don't have your prescription with you? Don't worry you can still purchase your new glasses and send us the prescription later. A member from our team will ensure to follow up on this.

All of the prescriptions are reviewed by our trained team of optometrists at our lens manufacturing facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

How do you measure my pupillary distance (PD)?

After you purchase we use an innovative eye recognition software that scans your eyes to get an exact measurement of your pupillary distance. This measurement is extremely accurate and takes less than 30 seconds to do.
 

Where are the lenses manufactured?

All lenses are made in our lab in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This ensures superior quality and quick shipping times.

 
 

USA & Canada Shipping 

Manufacturing

All single vision lenses take 1-2 days to manufacture from the moment we receive your prescription.

All progressive lenses take 3-5 days to manufacture from the moment we receive your prescription.

 

USA Customers

Once the order is shipped delivery will vary from 2-5 business days. A USPS tracking number will be provided by email.

Shipping is FREE for USA customers.

 

Canadian Customers

Once the order is shipped delivery will vary from 3-7 business days. Your order will arrive via Canada Post and tracking will be provided by email.

Shipping is FREE for Canadian customers.

Insurance

We accept both Flexible Saving Account (FSA) and Health Saving Account (HSA) dollars. After your purchase, we will provide you with a detailed receipt you can use for your reimbursement.

 

Many insurance plans such as Vision Service Plan (VSP) and others have not in-network benefits. After your purchase, we will provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit to your provider to receive reimbursement.
