Prescription Glasses (no Hip Care)

We accept returns on all prescription glasses that are in perfect condition within 30 days following the arrival of your order. If you have ordered custom prescription lenses you are still eligible for a refund or exchange within this 30 day grace period. 

  • All orders purchased online must be exchanged or refunded via customer service.
  • If you want us to send you the return label, there will be a small deduction of $5 for the cost of the return shipping. 
  • Glasses must be shipped back to the following address and once received and inspected the return will be processed.

  • We will not accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period has has past. 
  • You will be credited through the original method of payment.
  • If you would like to return or exchange your Hip Optical glasses, our customer service team will be more than happy to assist, feel free to call us at 1-855-999-5677 or email us at support@hipoptical.com . Please briefly describe the reason for the return in the email. 

If 30 days have past from the moment you received your glasses, please do not ship to the following address as you are no longer eligible for a return and your package will be returned to you.

Prescription Glasses (with Hip Care)

If you have purchase Hip Care you are fully covered for loss or damage for one year from the moment you received your order. Once the one year grace period has passed you will no longer be eligible for a return or exchange.
