I love my Hip Optical! I was so skeptical of ordering my prescription online. But I love them and will order again!

BEWARE

All is well until they cannot adjust your glasses to where you can see out of them. They will then abandon you and leave it up to you to pay the return shipping.
I ordered a pair of glasses ( with a reputable Dr.’s prescription). They came in and when I tried them on they were not wearable. It was like looking through a tube and became blurry around the edges. They immediately replied to my email said I could send them back to be “adjusted” and gave me the directions on how to do it. I sent them an email back saying that it was not my fault they messed up the prescription, and they should send me a label for free shipping. They again answered immediately, but only then when asked, did they send the label. When the glasses came back, they were still the same way just very slightly better, I emailed and once again told them they still had the same problem. They answered the email immediately asking if I wanted to send them back and if so they would email me the details on how to do it.
I decided it was time to give up. It was too hard to figure it out through the mail.
AND THIS IS WHERE IT ALL CHANGED!!
I told them it was too difficult to figure out through the mail and asked for a return label so I could get a refund. They sent me the info for returning them but of course NO return label like I had asked for! I again sent them an email explaining this was in no way my fault that they filled the prescription and adjustments incorrectly and that I should not have to pay for shipping. This time there was no immediate response… actually there was NO RESPONSE AT ALL! I waited and decided to try a third time(at this point it was almost comedic and so very stereotypical). I again reminded them that I should not be in any way financially responsible for return shipping and they needed to send me a label. And once again, ZERO RESPONSE!
Yes it is as they say, they are with you all in, 100% SATISFACTION- They just do not add the most important part that should say: UNTIL YOU ARE ACTUALLY NOT SATISFIED. What a sad way to run a business.
