Glasses review

Very frustrated. Note that the customer service here leaves much to be desired. I got a pair I wanted to exchange but calling the number on the website gets to a "voice mail box full" recording. The chat that is supposed to be open from 10am to 5pm is not (no one has responded here in over an hour) and I still cannot get a response to my email. Beware.

These frames are really cute. They are a little loose. What should I do?

They’re cute but loose and the lenses are progressive and difficult to navigate the separate prescription areas.
