"Hip" Doesn't Even Begin to Describe Them♡

I fell hard AND fast when I saw these glasses-- and although I always ordered glasses via a website; I never purchased them with my prescription... Well, when I tell you these are perfect--that would be the understatement of the year! The quality of the frames are superb and the prescription (which are progressive) are seamless! And the compliments are endless-- BEYOND thrilled♡

Glasses fit perfectly-Customer Service is terrible!

I love my glasses, and my prescription seems accurate.
I was able to get directions on how to adjust the fit, through the chat
What I ma not happy about is the customer service.
I requested a provider ID number and the physical address to submit to my insurance but the chat person was unable to provide the information. She asked that I call customer service. I did this 3 times. Every time it rang continuously for over 3 minutes, was asked to leave a message, and did not get a call back. This is not good, and it will keep me from recommending this company. I could not imagine what I would need to got through if I needed to return my glasses!
