Customer Service is a definite 5. 1st pair i bought was much too big and they made ut super easy to exchange directing me to glasses for smaller faces. Received glasses timely. These fit better but still bigger than what I am used to so that is why I give a 4 (they slip down a lot) but I can see great with the progressives. So while not perfect they are fine.
